- Day Sheet - the missed Tues
- We squared up one day, when I gave u $340. This is the extras. Dave and Simon paid $50 return each in morning, and I stayed up there, bringing Damian($30) back at 4. Also included here is a $30 fuel bill(went into ambulance), from when I had the ambulance after driving the girls down on Thurs. I put that $30 in on my way back up hill on Fri. Morning. Also is the $60 fuel from Saturday when I picked up bus at Certigard. I took the city bus over there, so no taxi bill. Also in fuel is the Dec 17 fill of $60. This brings us up to date
- Day Sheet - Sun Dec 28
- Had 3 return trips in afternoon. Some, Dave, and Simon. Some was the one that had me go up Sat morning, and then not shown, so I moved her to the afternoon trip to save gas and wages. I dropped into the Kelowna International Hostel and spoke with Jenny, the mgr, she was excited. She now has sheets posted. I gave her same deal as Samesun. (yipe...hope that ok?)Some went to the bus depot at 5. There were 3 people trying to get on bus, and I was going to take them at $30 apiece.( 2 legs gas, 2 hrs wage=$72) because they were paying $44 each to BW Shuttle, however they were already paid!The samesun is completely booked with U of Sask people until the 1st, so basically there will be no trips from there until then. They have their own buses, and going to BW every day. I let Samesun know to call if there was any overflow.

- Came up from Kelowna 2pm. Tora had called on Xmas day, Anthea was a return from a few days ago.
- Day Sheet - Sat Dec 27
- Ack. Disaster day. One booked at Samesun, was paid at night, but in morning had been refunded. Went on Telus shuttle apparently. Had a return at 10(Some), so went up. Had confirmed with her by phone with the hostel up there the night before. She no show. Went back down and up. Took Clayton back in afternoon.
- Day Sheet - Mon Dec 29
- Called Samesun Hostel, as well as the newly onboard Kelowna International Hostel at 7:30am. No trips scheduled. Went to Greyhound depot, dropped off bus blurb sheet. Called Mountain Media about the info board/phone at depot. Did up small bus poster, and started the Bus Cash Flow spreadsheet. Later I went out and introduced the bus to 10 hotels on Harvey. Response was good.
- Day Sheet - Jan 1
- No morning trips. Picked up Alistair at airport, one way up to BW. Charged him extra $15 for airport pickup. Down at 4 with the Ashley +2 return.
- Day Sheet - Tues Dec 30
- Brought 2 up from Samesun Hostel in morning. Then it was Magic Show day. We went down to Magic Show. I went to introduce the shuttle service to a couple more hotels while waiting. I also put $40 in fuel in, representing 2 legs, if you wanted to keep this expense separate from regular bus runs. I have this receipt. After the magic show, we went to Costco for a stop, and then back up to Big White.

- Nobody went up at 8. Had Amber +3 to airport at 10 am. Charged them $100 for 4. Also had Jack + 1, to Greyhound, at $30 each, as well as Rob to Orchard Park, returning same day, at $50. Samesun had 3 to bring up at 2pm Rachel, Garith, and Ash, all return at $50 apiece. Garith and Ash going back Sun 4p.m., Rachel perhaps Friday, unconfirmed., plus Rob return.

- Picked up 3 from Travelers Choice Inn, return trips, plus one from Samesun Hostel. Had a pair of people told me they were going down to Kelowna at 10, back to Big White at 2, but they were no show. Went back to Kelowna at 4.

- No trips.
- Day Sheet -Sun Jan 4
- The gentleman from Samesun presented a problem. He was going to come up yesterday, but had a personal emergency(family). I spoke to Joel, who said he would probably come up today. This was yesterday afternoon, and I asked Joel to confirm for me with a phone call as to time. Then at 8:30 am the hostel called and asked where I was. I said I had no trips booked, but she said this fellow was booked. I quickly worked out the costs ($32 pay and $40) gas, and decided to push him back to 2 if it was no problem. I offered to go up the hill earlier than 2pm, but after she spoke to the fellow, she said 2pm was best. It seemed to be solved. On arrival at 1:50 pm at hostel the fellow was a little upset, and asked if there would be a price adjustment. I stated that I was not the boss, and could not make that decision with the money. He asked for your name, which I gave, and directed him to the Clinic, told him you would be there on Monday or Tuesday. At the hill, I suggested I may be able to get him some free internet time, cos he had a laptop, but he declined.
- Day Sheet - Mon Jan 5
- In morn,picked first from International Hostel, (Clayton 50), return Wed 4. Two from Samesun, one(30) one way, and Fiona(50)returning today at 4. Marika +1(60) went one way to Kelowna, while David +1(100) went and came back at 2. Also picked up first from Greyhound(Bligh 50), returning weekend(need confirm) for trip up at 2. Fiona returned with me to Kelowna at 4.
